This was really my one and only big project this summer, sadly. I'm almost done the ink version but who knows if I'm actually going to finish it in 2 days :B I still have to finish packing and if I don't finish this scarf I've been knitting for a year its going to be floating around my head until spring. Have you ever gotten half way through knitting something then realized you didn't particularly like the yarn? :C Anyway, Im going to finish the inked one, for the sake of getting more ink experience under my belt.

I remember seeing this on your blog and it's absolutely gorgeous <3
You have such a wonderful way of drawing folds and creases! And
I think I remember you mentioning a book about folds and drapery
but i cant for the life of me remember it ):
Do you still have the book or remember it's name? It would be most helpful <3

This is a great book for just about everything. However I learned folds mostly by drawing from life and from other artists. I had a huge crap paper sketchbook that I got from Christmas tree shop and I would sit in front of dA and copy from artists like brichan and phobs. Copying the masters is one of the best ways to learn, even Michaelangelo, and other famous oldies would be great. Take a trip to the library and see what you can find. Sometimes its simpler to understand the basic anatomy of simple folds if they're already marked out for you, then graduate to life drawing irregular folds :) good luck!
